Felt like a savory hot soup tonight, so I made the butternut squash soup recipe from @minimalistbaker … so good! Added some bay leaf and nutmeg for flavor. And I decided I’m going to eat mostly raw for breakfast and lunch, and stick to a cooked meal at dinner time, incorporating lots of veggies.
